I fully understand that my presence at Soil & Sky Fest exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and agree to assume such risks.
I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Soil & Sky Fest, LLC; The Collection Band, LLC, its representatives, volunteers, crew, nor Benzai Bloomstead, LLC; the owner of the land, and all others associated with this event for any injury, death, or damages to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the event from whatever cause. In consideration for being permitted on the property of 2001 E Greensboro Chapel Hill Rd. in Graham, NC, I hereby agree, for Myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Soil & Sky Fest, LLC, The Collection Band, LLC, Benzai Bloomstead, LLC, David Wimbish and Morgan Siem from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the event.
I understand that photographers and videographers will be present at the event and that images taken of me during the event may be used by Soil & Sky Fest, LLC and by Benzai Bloomstead, LLC.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREE TO IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.
